Jeremy lived his entire life in the state of Missouri but loved to travel to different places; he really loved the beach and going on a cruise. He also loved watching "SpongeBob Square Pants". Jeremy graduated from Fort Osage High School in Independence, Missouri in 2019. After high school he lived with his mom and stepdad where he just enjoyed life. Jeremy loved being with family, mom, stepdad, brothers, sisters, grandpa, grandmas, aunts, uncles, cousins and especially his dad.
Jeremy is preceded in death by his dad, Stephen Empson; his aunt, Cheryl Work; and his grandmother, Luella Eshelman. Jeremy leaves behind his brother, Adam Lee Johnson of Gladstone, Missouri; sister, Amy Lynn Johnson of Independence, Missouri; sister, Amber Lynette Smith of Great Falls, Montana; brother, John Victor Smith of Penfield, Pennsylvania; brother, Jason Whitney Smith of Gladstone, Missouri; mom, Vicki; stepdad, Timothy Earl McCall and survived by many beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
