Joyce was born May 18, 1937, in Greenville, Illinois, a daughter to John Russell Haley and Hazel Irene (Harris) Haley. In 1959, Joyce graduated from the Institute of Business Techniques in Springfield, Illinois and began her long career at the Land of Lincoln Bank that spanned over 53 years, rising to Assistant Vice President. Joyce loved people and happily served over 3 generations of businesses and families, retiring in 2012.
In later life, Joyce had a great partner and was able to extensively travel the world, dance and create a one-of-a-kind garden at her home.
Joyce was a single mother and proudly raised one son.
She is survived by her son, Mark Campbell (Ellen) of Kansas City; three lovely grandchildren, Sarah, David and Laura; and a host of nieces and nephews from the Carlinville, Illinois region. She will be truly missed.
A private family graveside service will be held in Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Raytown, Missouri, where she will be laid to rest.
