Larry Max Lenox passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025. He was born in Cassville, Missouri, and grew up in south Kansas City, Missouri. He served his country in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman during the Vietnam Conflict. He graduated from Avila College. Larry worked many jobs. He worked for the U.S. Government as a member of the Postal Service, I.R.S., and Social Security, and he enjoyed working in call centers for America West, E.D.S., and Garmin.
He was preceded in death by his father Max Lenox, mother Martha Lenox, brother Steven Lenox, and nephew Kyle Lenox.
Larry is survived by his wife Lillian Lenox, daughter Samantha Lenox, son Dimitri Lenox, granddaughter Rose and wife Ali Lenox, brother David Lenox, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family would like to thank St. Croix Hospice for the care and compassion they showed Larry and Lillian in Larry’s final days.
