Laura M. Carter, passed away January 31, 2016 in Colorado at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll F. Carter in 2010. She is survived by three children, Ben R. Simpson, Kennewick, WA, Helen L. Campbell, Roma, GA, Nancy C. Blackwell, Littleton, CO. Three grandchildren; Lauren E. LeClaire (Greg) Alton, IL, Benny S. Simpson (Kathleen) Evergreen, CO, Brad S. Simpson (Denise), Indian Hills, CO. Nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Graveside service will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Kansas City, MO. No flowers please, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
