Mark Joseph Peeler, 51, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away October 3, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 9, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri, 64131. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the ALS Association, 6950 Squibb Road, Prairie Village, Kansas 66202. Mark was born March 16, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri, son of Les and Mary Joan (Mickeletto) Peeler. He was an accomplished drummer, avid photographer, and a prankster. Mark had an incredible sense of humor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and canoeing. Mark has been loved and will continue to be loved by his loving wife of 24 years, Michelle “Miki” Peeler; sons Sean and Chancellor; heart adopted daughter Anna; granddaughters Aaliyah and Ariana; father Les Peeler; his siblings Chris, Danny, Joni, Vince, Debbie, Jimmy, Skip and Del and their families.
