Mike Shoemaker, 55, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away October 6, 2013. Funeral services are 10:00 am Thursday October 10th at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 Northwest 108th Street, with visitation preceding services 9:00-10:00 am. Burial in Resurrection North Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Mike Shoemaker Memorial Fund in care of Nanette to assist in Katie Shoemaker's education.
Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Nina Shoemaker. Survivors include his wife, Nanette Shoemaker, father, James Shoemaker, children, Andy Shoemaker, Alyssa McGuire, Katie Shoemaker, stepson, Nick Anderson, siblings, Jeff Shoemaker, Kim Catalano, Sandi Shoemaker, Mark Shoemaker, 4 grandchildren, Kaiden, Mason, Camden and Michael.
