Mildred R. Statham, 89, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Sweet Life at Rose Hill. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 3, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Inurnment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery South. Mrs. Statham was born November 22, 1920 in Oakland, California, daughter of John and Katherine (Walz) Hallauer. She had worked as an insurance coordinator for the Kansas City Police Department. She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by daughter Carol Rudloff, Louisville, Kentucky; son Bruce Kupka (Patti), Overland Park, Kansas; brother Don Hallauer (Katherine), Cole Camp, Missouri; eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
