Olivia Coronado-Armendariz was born in Pozo Hondo, Zacatecas, Mexico to Ofelia Ramirez and Raul Coronado. She passed into eternal rest on June 9, 2025 at 62 years old. Olivia was a single mother of five children. She was preceded in death by her cherished grandmother, Maria A. Ortiz, and her beloved son, David Armendariz, whose memory she carried with her every single day. Olivia is survived by her mother and father, children, Rebecca, John, Sara, and Jose (J.J.); grandchildren, Yasmin, Alejandro, Gabriella, Ricki, Jalena, Alena, Jianni, and Dominic; and great-granddaughter, Rosalia.
Olivia will lie in state on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Iglesia Luterana Jesus el Buen Pastor, 3007 Mercier St. Kansas City, MO 64108, from 11 am-12:00 pm, where a service will be held at 12pm. Graveside services will be held immediately following the service in Elmwood Cemetery, 4900 E. Truman Rd. Kansas City, MO 64127.
