Patricia Jane Samuels, 82, of Prairie Village, Kansas passed away August 15, 2015 at home. Visitation will be held from 5:00-6:00 p.m. followed by memorial service at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 19 at the Wesley Chapel at Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Avenue, Leawood, Kansas 66224. Burial in Edgerton at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the American Diabetes Association, 6900, College Boulevard, Suite 250, Overland Park, Kansas 66211.
She is survived by her husband William G. Samuels; children: Mark Samuels (Lisa), Nancy Renfro (Rick), Sue Powell (Adam), Julie Samuels, Patrick Samuels, and Cristina Samuels; grandchildren: Lindsey Samuels, Alexander Samuels, Taylor Renfro, Spencer Renfro and sister: Kathy Johnston.
