Paul received a BS degree in engineering at the University of Missouri Columbia. He was innovative and had multiple patents behind his name. He was a quiet and kind man. Paul loved sports, but his family’s true passion was for baseball. He played the game while growing up all the way into high school. He was even named after Hall of Famer Paul Waner. He absolutely loved watching the KC Royals and hardly ever missed a game.
He is survived by his children, Mike Rubyor, Lisa Stocks and Doug Horner and 5 grandchildren, Alastair, Alexis, Leah, Corryn and Cole. Also survived by his brother, Lloyd Horner (Deanna), sister, Cindy Fosnow (Randy), sister-in-law, Carol Horner and brother in-law, Bob Mcfatrich.
Paul was proceeded in death by his parents, Eugene and Nadine Horner, his brother Dick Horner, his sister, Judy Mcfatrich and his wife, Cherrie Horner.
