Rhonda LuAnna Howe was born August 28, 1959 to beloved parents Ronald Laverne Howe and Bessie Jaunita Cauthon (Howe). She was the youngest of four, with three older brothers, Richard, Robert, and Ralph. She married Wayne Winn on September 14, 1985 and together they had two children who affectionately recall her constant encouragement and tireless efforts to be active and engaged in all their activities.
Rhonda dedicated 37 years for AT&T and is remembered fondly by coworkers for her hard work, skill, and leadership. One of her proudest achievements was earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Rhonda enjoyed traveling, sewing, playing mahjong, golfing, watching court TV, and spending her days at the pool or with her children and grandchildren. She volunteered with the Lakewood Property Owners Association and the AT&T Pioneers.
She is survived by her husband, daughter Rhiannon (Moore), son Wesley, son-in-law Matthew Moore, daughter-in-law Jenna Winn (Weis), two grandchildren Rhiley and Jaxon Moore, her mother and brothers, and several nieces and nephews.
