Robert F. Eltonhead, 83, of Mission Hills, Kansas and Sarasota, Florida passed away October 1, 2015. Robert was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1932, the only child of Edna Mitchell Eltonhead and Alexander Hamilton. Robert spent his school years in Philadelphia and graduated from Drexel University. After graduation, he came to Kansas City and started his company, Forklifts, Inc., where he was in business for over 40 years.
Bob and his wife Martha Hinsen Eltonhead were members of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Indian Hills Country Club and the old Kansas City Club. Bob was active for many years in Rotary Club 13 where he developed many business and personal friendships.
After the death of his first wife, he married Susan Davis Elliott, of Leawood, Kansas. They were married for 17 years and resided in Mission Hills and Sarasota.
Bob leaves behind his wife Susan, of the home, stepdaughter Laura Elliott and great-niece Elizabeth Pearson.
