Roldan was born August 19, 1968 to Ciriaco Navarrete and Altagracia Pena in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. He grew up in Nuevo Laredo and later lived in Mexico City and Laredo, TX. Roldan had a very infectious personality. He was loved by many, a jokester at heart, and was always making people smile. Roldan was a poet and a music lover. His favorite topics of conversation was world politics. His love for road trips took him to become a commercial truck driver. He never missed opportunities to visit friends and family during his routes. Roldan loved and adored his children, Stefi, Roldan, Romeo, and Sofia Gracia Navarrete.
In addition to his children, Roldan is survived by his mother, Altagracia Pena; 3 sisters, America, Lilian and Edith Navarrete; 5 nieces and nephews, Fernando, Andrea, Uriel, Kiara, and Emilio; and uncles, aunts and numerous cousins.
Services will be in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
