

Ronald Lee Freeman, 86, Kansas City, MO passed away recently at his home. Memorial Service is Friday August 14 at 2:00 PM at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City. A visitation will precede the service, beginning at 1:00.
Ronald was born April 2, 1929 in Kansas City, MO to Frank and Ethel Freeman. He was a life-long resident of the area. He graduated from North Kansas City High School, where he excelled in football. During the Korean War, he served as a radio-man in the Air Force. He loved the outdoors -- hunting and fly fishing – always had something to read, enjoyed music and was a master mathematician. His family will remember him as having a stubborn streak, but a big heart.
Preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Victor Freeman, Ronald is survived by his sons Randal (Rebeccah), Shannon (Candi) and Gary (Joanna) Freeman; daughter Juju (Doran) Ismael-Wiesbarth; brother Robert (June) Freeman; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
