A visitation will be held at the McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Rd, Kansas City, Missouri 64118, on Wednesday, January 29th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. A burial will take place at Resurrection North Cemetery, 5001 NE Cookingham Dr, Kansas City, Missouri 64156, on Thursday, January 30th, at 11:00am. The family welcomes friends and family to join them at the committal service to honor Stephen.
Steve was born January 21, 1969, in Kansas City, MO to Calvin and Tinne Rae (Gulley) Lair. He graduated from North Kansas City High School and then moved on to University of Missouri at Rolla where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Steve was currently employed at Neenan Plumbing Supply, Co. He enjoyed going to the races and tinkering around on cars. Steve was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a brother, Jeffrey Lair and wife, Sheila; and a niece and a nephew, Gabrielle Lair and Nathan Lair.
Contributions are suggested to the family to help with final expenses.
