He was born in Kirkwood, Missouri to Eugene Wedbush and Ann Marie Mathis. He graduated from Bishop DuBourg High School and spent two years at Missouri University in St. Louis. He started his own companies, TMW Co. and Eagle Sensors & Controls.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and wife Norma. He is survived by his wife JoAnn, his sons Craig (Nicole) Wedbush, Curt (Ann) Wedbush, Ricky (Carolyn) Viermann & Brett Armstrong and his daughters Vicki (Jeff) McClenahan & Nicole Armstrong / Derek Thompson. He also leaves behind 15 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren.
There will be a Visitation for Tom from 9:30am to 11:30am on Monday, August 12 at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:30am. Private inurnment in the Garden Walk of Memories at Mount Moriah Cemetery at a later date.
