Tracy Lynn Rulon, age 60, of De Soto, Kansas passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. Tracy was born April 4, 1960.

A graveside service for Tracy will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mount Moriah Cemetery, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO 64131.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tracy's memory may be made to made to a charity of your choice.
