Treba "Ann" Fields, 60, passed away December 1, 2020 at North Kansas City Hospital.

Funeral services are 11:00 AM Saturday, December 5th, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM Saturday, at the McGilley Antioch Chapel in Kansas City. Private burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery, Cameron, OK.

Ann was born August 11, 1960 to Marion and Syble Fields in Poteau, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Bruce Fields.

Survivors include her sisters, Connie Smith and Tammy Fields, of Kansas City; 5 nieces and nephews, 11 great nieces and nephews, and lots of cousins and friends.
