Born on November 6, 1927, to Frank and Bessy (Coker) Jobe, Virginia grew up surrounded by the warmth of her close-knit family. She married and had three children – Robert Milton Little, Ricky Edward Little, and Scherry Kay Fagan (Little) - whom she cherished deeply throughout her life.
Virginia lived an active life as a dance instructor, and enjoyed fishing, golfing, bowling, and card playing. Family gatherings were special to her, especially when she was able to bake and prepare a large holiday meal. Her memory will bless the hearts of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
After the passing of her husband, Joseph F. Wilson, Virginia resided at the Tallgrass Creek Senior Living Community (Overland Park) where she built close friendships and was known for her kind nature and loving presence. She found comfort in reading Holy Bible scripture, peace in the company of her family and friends, and was always a source of strength and wisdom.
Virginia will be laid to rest in the Garden of Gethsemane at the Floral Hills Cemetery, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri on Saturday, April 5th at 2:30 PM where she will be reunited with her family who have passed before her. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made for her honor to a charity of choice.
