Winifred "Winnie" McMahon

Winnie McMahon, 73, Kansas City, passed away peacefully at home on April 23, 2015. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, April 27 at 10:00 AM at St Gabriel Catholic Church, 4737 N Cleveland Avenue, Kansas City, with a visitation preceding the service beginning at 9:00 AM. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Winnie was born May 14, 1941 in Belfast, Northern Ireland to James and Margaret Kettle. She moved to Kansas City where she met and married John McMahon. To their union were born two children.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother James Kettle and sister Mary McKeever and her beloved pets, Max and Dusty. Survivors include her husband, John, son Kevin (Angela) McMahon and daughter Coleen (Brandon) Johnson; grandchildren Meredith and Ryan Johnson and Hagen McMahon; sisters Rita Hanaway, Geraldine Walsh, and Angela McCoy and brother John Kettle.
