Adam M. Smith, 23, of Katy, TX, died August 8, 2016. He was born in Lafayette, Indiana on May 24, 1993. He graduated from Cinco Ranch High School in 2011, where he played baseball and football. He graduated from Texas A&M in College Station in 2014, with a degree in Accounting. Adam loved the game of baseball and started umpiring when he was 15 years old. While in college, Adam umpired high school, junior college and Division I college baseball.
Adam is survived by his parents Dirk and Diane of Katy, his sister and brother-n-law Rebekah and Nick Jernberg, and his beloved niece Aubrey Jernberg. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Doug and Mary Blevins, and his paternal grandparents James Smith and Barbara Williams.
He is also survived by his other grandparents Lois Smith
(wife of James Smith) and Neil Williams (husband of Barbara Williams).
