Life’s Journey
Ahmad Michael West was born on April 17, 2021, in Sugar Land, Fort Bend County, Texas to Michael West and Areeb Khan-West.
Ahmad came into our lives and brought so much sunshine and joy. He was a bright and intelligent child full of playfulness and love. He approached each day with wide-eyed excitement. His playful spirit filled every room with laughter and his curiosity and love for books went hand in hand.
He attended Ivy Kids Early Learning Center. His favorite toys were his green frog from Uncle Corey, Pete the Cat and Dr. Seuss books.
He was preceded in death by his West Paternal great-great grandmother, Florice Brown; great-grandparent, Mary West; Shirley Guidry and Wilton Cooper and by his Khan Paternal great-grandparents Abdur Razzaq Khan and Umrun Nisa; Maternal great-grandparents, Barkat Ullah Khan and Naima Begum.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his father and mother, Michael Ray West, Jr. and Areeb Khan-West; one brother, Amir M. West and one Sister Amel M. West of Richmond, Texas; Paternal Grandparents, Michael Ray West, Sr. and Cheryl Denice West; Uncle Quinn West, Sr. and Aunt Tyesha West-Potts (Mickey) of Beaumont, Texas ; Maternal Grandparents Mohammed Khan and Seema Khan of Houston, Texas; Uncle Faisal Khan (Sadaf); Aunt Haya Khan of Houston, Texas and a host of other relatives (uncles, aunts, cousins) and loving friends.
