

Heriberto was born November 30, 1956 in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico to Heriberto and Elvira Vizcarra, he was a long time resident of Houston and Katy, Texas. He Attended Houston community college and obtained a welding certificate. He completed his elementary, middle and high school in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was a hard worker and held many jobs, from welding to grocery stores and restaurants, such as AMC welding, Brookshire Brothers, Fiesta Mart, and Taco Cabana.
Soccer was his passion and played in several leagues. When he was unable to play anymore he would watch soccer games on television all of the time. He loved all sports and supported our Houston teams specially the Astros. He used to keep a log during World Cup games and the Olympic Games. Heriberto was an active member at St Jerome Catholic Church in Houston for many years and attended St Bartholomew Catholic Church in Katy Texas.
Heriberto is preceded in death by his daughter Margarita Vizcarra, and father, Heriberto Vizcarra.
He is survived by his wife Margarita Rodriguez Vizcarra, Elvira Vizcarra, mother. Brother, Ramon and wife Elizabeth, Adrian and Alfredo Vizcarra, brothers, Dolores Melendez, sister, Daniel and Connie Alfaro, Mary Eubanks and Laura Vizcarra, sisters. He was loved by all his numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

There will be a funeral mass on Monday, May 2 at 11:00 a.m at St. Bartholomew the Apostle Catholic Church, 5356 11th St. Katy, Texas, followed by graveside at Brookside Memorial, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas.
