

Pam was born in San Antonio and grew up in a Pearland, Texas. Her family was originally from Louisiana. Pam worked in the clerical and customer service jobs until she became a full-time stay-at-home mother. She was a fiercely dedicated mother to her three children. She had unyielding support for her kids and often talked about how proud she was of them.
Pam was also a dedicated Christian and member of The Church of Christ. She exemplified Christian values in her everyday life through her kindness and caring attitude towards others. Friends often referred to as a “prayer warrior.”
Pam never met a stranger, and those who knew her often described her as kind, loving, sweet, and funny. If you knew her, you were fortunate to have experienced her light. She loved the Beatles, “Oldies music,” Sean Connery, Jurassic Park, Whataburger, HDTV, and Dr. Peppers, among other things. She described herself as “unique” and appreciated unique things.
She was a fighter who always thought about others even during her own pain. She managed to always find a way to connect to people no matter her circumstances and physical limitations.
Pam is preceded in death by her mother Kellie Ann Hebb. She is survived by her 3 children, Leslie Bailey-Smith, husband Christopher and daughter Marley Smith out of Austin, Clint Bailey, daughter Anna Claire Bailey out of Midland, wife Chrissy Bailey, and Allison Shultz, husband Ryan and daughter Madeline “Maddie” Shultz out of Katy, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, one of Pam’s favorite charities.
Pam was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
