Ray was a great mentor and he would always inspire a smile  when I saw him walking by in the office. My thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.

Still feels so unreal and I still can't believe this has happened. Uncle Ray you were loved by everyone. I will never forget our family holiday to Cyprus we had a great laugh and an amazing time, you will be missed so so much. You were the most generous, loveable, funniest and knowledgeable man I know and you absolutely adored your family; love & miss you so much, you will be the brightest star in the sky xxx  Thinking of Auntie Sharn, Gemma, Amy and Robert constantly xxx

I had the honor of getting to know Ray while serving as an usher on his team at church.  Ray was definitely one of the good guys you meet in life; always cheerful, welcoming, easy to get to know and love.  I know his family meant the world to him.  He always spoke of you in any conversation we had, no matter how brief. It seems he was taken way too soon, but I know he will live on in the hearts of his loved ones and all that were fortunate enough to know him. God bless you!

Although I didn't know Ray much on a personal level, we shared the joy of serving the Church through the usher ministry.  Earlier when I found out Ray was being treated for cancer, I made sure our ministry was informed.  I want you to know that many in our ministry have been praying for Ray and weekly there is conversation about how he was doing.  I know that our usher "family" will continue to pray for you and the kids.  My hope is that in staying close to God during this time, he will be able to offer you his comfort and peace.  Those of us in the usher ministry will sincerely miss Ray.  Even though he has been taken from us, our memories of him will always be with us.
