Rita C. Martinez, 94, entered into eternal rest in the early morning hours of September 12, 2016 at Sharpview Manor Care Nursing Home where she had resided for almost a year. She was born on November 18, 1921 in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico to Florencio Martinez and Concepcion Carranco Martinez. She is preceded in death by both parents, two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her son, Ernest M. Mireles and wife, Marie; three grandchildren, Robert Garcia (Esmeralda), Elissa Wiesener (Jason) and Diana Mireles (Anthony); great grandson, Robert Enriquez Garcia; sister, Socorro Carranco Bermea; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend to many. She will be dearly missed by all those that are left to mourn her passing.
