Veronica grew up in Connecticut and moved to Florida with her family as a teenager where she met her future husband. Veronica married Doug, her best friend and love of her life, on April 17, 1991 in Houston Texas. In the almost thirty years that followed she built a career in the financial services industry, cultivating a gift of helping others. Veronica enjoyed gardening, yoga, scuba diving, reading and knitting. In the past few years she discovered a great passion and talent for drawing and painting which provided her peace and tranquility. In their free time Veronica and Doug could be found on the golf course or spending an evening enjoying live music or show at the theater. Other than her husband, Veronica’s greatest love has been her dogs, Downey, Timber, Jet, Isabella and Luna. Her ability to connect and enrich the lives of everyone she met made her a dear friend to many.
