Virginia Lynn Michulka Peck

Virginia Lynn Peck, age 65, of Katy, Texas passed away on Thursday November 16, 2017. Virginia was born June 30, 1952 in Houston, Texas to Willie and Gracie Michulka. She was known as Ginny to her relatives.

Virginia was a native Houstonian who grew up with her sister Debra and attended Assumption Catholic School, Burbank Jr High School, and graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1970. She began her career as a stenographer for the F.B.I. Virginia married Bernard in 1976 and they resided in Lake Jackson, Texas where she worked as Secretary to the President at Brazosport Bank of Texas. Virginia and her family moved to Katy, Texas in 1996. She worked for Slade Shipping as a Shipping Agent from 2000 until 2017 in Houston, Texas.

Virginia is survived by her husband Bernard Peck Jr; daughters Tiffany and Christie; son Wesley and his wife Rachael; grandson Isaac; sister Debra and husband Jerry Kobos; and many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Gracie Michulka.

A visitation for Virginia will be held Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Rosary at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, KATY, TX 77494. A funeral mass will occur Monday, November 27, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 5356 11th St., Katy, TX 77493. A burial will occur at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
