

Geraldine L. Keith, 99, a long-time resident of Cheshire County, passed away in Keene, NH on May 29, 2025. Geraldine grew up and lived in Marlborough, NH for 50 years and was a graduate of Marlborough High School.
A resident of Westmoreland, NH for the next 30 years, Mrs. Keith took great pride in restoring a historic farmhouse along the river. She took great pride in caring for her home, ensuring her yard was meticulous and tending to her various flower gardens. For the past 25 years, she lived in Chesham at her lake house. She loved watching the wildlife around her home.
She worked in banking for many years, starting the school savings program at the former Cheshire County Savings Bank, later known as CFX and then TD. Upon retirement Mrs. Keith was in supervisory management.
In her earlier years she was a scout den mother, and 4 H Troop leader for after school cooking for girls.
Geraldine was a founding member of the Business and Professional Women's Organization. She enjoyed collecting antiques and restoring family heirlooms. She loved to travel, going wherever the adventure took her around the country and around the world. She most enjoyed her annual visit with a group of friends to Pennsylvania Dutch Country.
She was a founding member of Monadnock Squares, enjoying many an evening dancing with her husband, Clayton.
She will be greatly missed by many, especially her two sons, Clayton Keith, Jr. of Marlborough and Kyle Keith and his wife Terry of Westmoreland; her grandchildren, Kristopher Keith and Brett Keith and his wife Danielle, and two great-grandchildren, Lauren and Grant, all of Westmoreland. Her nieces, Dianna Wichland, Shelly Chandler, Leone Fisher, Monica Chandler and LauraAnn Marvel. Her husband of 50 years, Clayton Sterling Keith died October 18, 1996. Asister, Laura Lee Chandler predeceased her.
Family and friends are invited to call on July 17th from 12:00 pm to 1:45pm for a time of visitation. This will be followed by a service at 2:00pm and transportation to Pine Grove Cemetery, Granite St. Marlborough. All are welcome to attend all functions.
