

She was born in Budapest, Hungary, on October 28, 1936, the daughter of Laszlo and Maria ( Kiss ) Daroczi. She grew up and attended schools in Hungary.
She was married on March 3, 1956 to George F. Kovacs and after starting their family, they moved to the United States later that year. They celebrated 42 years of marriage before his death in June of 1998.
She worked as an inspector at MPB for 31+ years until her retirement in 1996.
On September 7, 2001 she married Patrick E. Dunlavey and they spent 8 years together before his death in 2009.
She had a love of travelling all over the United States and Hungary, visiting family and friends. She liked outdoor activities such as fishing, and gardening. Quiet time was spent with a good book and when she wanted to go out for a trip, enjoyable time was spent at Foxwoods.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary with the Baldwinville, MA American Legion as well as with the Golden Ages Ladies Auxiliary, also of Baldwinville.
She is survived by her 5 children: George Kovacs of Swanzey, Laszlo Kovacs and his wife Gina of Keene, Julianna Leavitt and her husband Tom of Middleburg, FL, Eva Caron of Jaffrey and Paul Kovacs of Swanzey; 8 grandchildren: Tonya Tilly, Laszlo Kovacs Jr., Adam Kovacs, Theresa Fletcher, Elizabeth Willett, Derek Parsons, Nathan Parsons, and Paul John “PJ” Kovacs; several great grandchildren; and a brother: Laszlo Daroczi and his wife Ro of Tampa, Florida.
Calling Hours will be Friday, August 7, 2015, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at the Fletcher Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Jaffrey, NH, on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow the Funeral in the family lot at Mountain View Cemetery in Swanzey, NH.
