

He was born in Keene on March 28, 1952, the son of Kenneth A. and Claire (Piche) Bourassa, Sr. Mr. Bourassa was a 1970 graduate of Keene High School and has lived in the area his whole life.
After high school, he went to work for his father at Ken’s Waste Disposal for 30 plus years. In addition, he also owned and operated Granite State Waste. Mr. Bourassa retired three years ago.
He was a member of the Keene Elks Lodge #927, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie Lodge # 1413 and the Keene Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #478.
Mr. Bourassa enjoyed motorcycling and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen Bourassa of Swanzey; his sons Nathan K. Bourassa, and wife Tania, of Chesterfield, Keith J. Bourassa of Swanzey (their mother Sherinne Bourassa of Swanzey) and Grey A. Bourassa of Swanzey; two grandchildren Ethan and Emily Bourassa; step children Brad Heglin, Amanda Heglin and Marissa Heglin, all from the Gardner, MA area; two sisters Debra Bourassa and Carol Nye both of ME; and several nieces and nephews.
Services for Mr. Bourassa will be private. Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 33 Marlboro St., Keene, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
