Lloyd Zing R Punt Jr

He was born in Keene on May 29, 1934, the son of Lloyd R. Punt, Sr. and Bessie (Peets) Punt. He was a graduate of Keene High School and lived in Keene nearly his entire life.

Mr. Punt played on the Keene High School Baseball and Football teams and followed sports regularly. He also enjoyed to fish.

After graduation from school Mr. Punt worked for a couple years at Pratt & Whitney in Hartford, CT before moving back to Keene and being employed by MARKEM Corporation until his retirement.

He married Beverly Blanchard in Keene.

Mr. Punt is survived by his son: Lee Punt of Keene as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. His wife, of 36 years, Beverly, died in 1999.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernard Church, on Thursday at 10:00. Burial will follow at St. Josephs Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 until 7:00 at Fletcher Funeral Home.
