Juan was a sheet metal worker for over 40 years. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Cubs fan. He loved cooking out with family and friends and traveling with his wife. More than anything he loved his family.
He is survived by wife Dolores (Benavidez) Gutierrez, children: Celeste Placeres, husband Wilfred; Laura Gutierrez; Jay Gutierrez, wife Gail; and Christine Ziemba; 8 Grandchildren: Sabrina , Anthony, Xenia, Nicolas, Isabelle, Maddox, Addilyn and Aiden; 3 Great-grandchildren: Amaya, Xiomara and Isaiah; Brothers: Roberto, Gilbert, Manuel and Julian; sisters: Virginia and Margarita; numerous nieces, nephews, friends and brothers/sisters of Sheet Metal Workers Local 73.
A Visitation will be held Monday, Feb.8, 2021 at 1:00PM, at Keller Old Town Funeral Home with a Rosary to begin at 1:30PM. Funeral Services to follow at 2:00 PM in Keller Old Town Funeral Home Chapel. Livestreaming of the Rosary and Service can be viewed on Keller's Old Town Funeral Home Facebook page.
