Married to Dennis Cushman (1961 - 1983)

Dennis was the Love of her Life .

Kay never remarried and wore her wedding ring

until she passed to join her brothers, Dennis Cook Jr.

R.C. Cook, Bill Cook , Bob Cook, Charles Cook.

and Grand Parents on both her Mother and Father's

side of family.

Kay is Survived by: 2 - Brother 's, Rev. Harold G. Cook

and wife Pat Cook of Taylor TX., Jerry Lynn Cook

and wife Ottilie Cook of Fort Worth ,TX. and Bill's

widow Mary Cook of Bastrop TX. 1-Sister , Betty McWilliams and Husband Larry, of Fort Worth TX

Kay is Survived By: 2 Daughters - Tammy Galendo and

Husband Marty Galendo of Poolville TX.

Tanya Christian and Husband Kevin Christian of Poolville

TX. 1 Son - David Cushman of Kennedale TX.

Grand children :Tabitha Galendo, Matthew Galendo,

Nicole Davis, Rachel Rodriquez, Ryan Cigainero.

Great grand kids: Arianna, Baylee, Kylie, Saige, Camry,

Great grand kids: Arianna, Baylee, Kylie, Saige, Camry,

Ivy, Mason, Braedon, Lily, Emma, Ellie, Gracie, Isabella,

Adam, Lilyana, Gilberto, Kent.

Kay will be available for viewing, Tuesday, July 5,2022 ,12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Keller's Old Town Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 220 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. Graveside: Wednesday, July 6, 2022, 11:00 AM at Cottage Hill Cemetery, 11400 FM 2478, Celina, TX 75009. With Rev. Harold Cook officiating.
