

Linda Carol Finch, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025, in Keller, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. She will always be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, a cherished grandmother, and a dear friend to all who knew her.
Linda was born on September 1, 1946, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Glen and Crystal Fontella Eddy. She grew up in Corpus Christi alongside her sister, Janice. After graduating from high school, Linda attended college in San Marcos, where she earned her teaching degree, beginning a life dedicated to caring for and nurturing others.
In 1965, Linda met the love of her life, Lewis “Dusty” Finch. They were married on June 22, 1968, and shared 54 wonderful years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Together, they traveled the world and built a life rooted in family, service, and deep companionship.
Linda generously volunteered her time with the Girl Scouts and various support organizations at the Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi, where Dusty worked. She had a true passion for cooking and sewing, and she possessed a natural gift for decorating and entertaining, welcoming family and friends into her home with warmth and grace.
Linda is survived by her children, Christopher Finch and Crystal (Finch) Turner; and her six beloved grandchildren, Zachary, Chloe, and Parker Finch, and Nicholas, Chase, and Evan Turner, who brought her immense joy and pride.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis “Dusty” Finch, and her sister, Janice Eddy.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Keller Old Town Funeral Home, with a reception to follow at the same location.
Linda’s kindness, creativity, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
