Charles was born on April 10, 1932 in Vancouver, BC. He was pre deceased by his wife Inez, his son Ronald, his brother Robert, and his sisters, May, Marjorie and Shirley.
Charles is survived by his son Richard (Sharon), his daughters Debra (Chris) and Linda (Greg), grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister-in-law Carol, and by his brothers William (Audrey) and Fred, and nieces and nephews.

No service will be held as per his request. Charles will be interned with his wife Inez in Surrey, BC
