He was born and raised in Scotland, and always missed his homeland’s hills.
David is survived by his loving wife, Annetta; his 6 children Bill, Dave (Vicky), Andrew, Brian (Michele), Joyce Buckindale, and Doug (Tara); 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother James (Holly), and sister Joyce.
He loved gardening and flowers; was a good Christian man who loved his family very much.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 8, 2016 in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, BC.
