Dr. Eric Ruby, age 64, passed away suddenly in Mazatlán, Mexico on March 11, 2016.
Eric was born and raised in Montreal and moved to British Columbia with his beloved wife, Linda, in 1976.
Well-known for his loud and infectious laugh, Eric was not one to mince words. His extensive network of friends benefited from his sense of humour and exuberance. He recently retired from dental practice at the Penticton Dental Centre where he was respected by his patients and colleagues.
Eric was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Sarah Ruby.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; his daughters, Alicia (Shay Proper) and Jessica; as well as his brother, Stephen (Ilana) and sister, Marion (Hymie Tannenbaum).
He will be missed by his extended family of nieces and nephews and many friends.
Funeral Service and Burial will take place in Penticton, British Columbia.
