Grazia Pastore

It is with heavy hearts and immense love we announce the passing of Grazia Pastore on September 26th, 2025. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family at the age of 85 after a courageous battle with dementia.

She is survived by her sons Dino (Janeth), Joe (Leanne), Marco (Donna) and her daughter Angela (Vito) and her 5 grandchildren Antonio, Vincenzo, Giada, Diego, Andrea, and her brother Michele (Domenique) and pre-deceased by her loving husband Fedele.

Grazia was born in 1939 in Modugno, Bari Italy and grew up surrounded by her large family, she had 6 siblings and many uncles and aunts. Grazia was influenced by her family to be loving and caring, always giving her time to her family and friends. She met her husband Fedele in Modugno and they were married in 1961 and shared a love for family and decided to start their own in Toronto, Canada. Her family was everything to Grazia and she was thrilled when she became a grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 9th, 2025 at Our Lady of Assumption Parish, 3141 Shaughnessy St. Port Coquitlam.

The Pastore family would like to extend a special gesture of thanks to the staff at David Lloyd Jones Care Home in Kelowna, BC for all of the kindness, compassion, and care during the last couple years.
