It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Harold Ewbank who was born on June 7, 1916 in Leicester, England and died on March 28, 2016 at Spring Valley Care Home in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Gordon was predeceased by his wife Myra in February 2013. He is survived by his son Alan, daughter-in-law Claire and his grandsons Glen and Steven and his great grandson Bryley (Steven).
Gordon immigrated to Canada in 1963 and worked for Sears as a furniture restorer until his retirement. He enjoyed fixing television sets and building and repairing computers.
Gordon and Myra enjoyed dancing at the Rutland Seniors Center on Saturday nights for many years. They continued to dance at Spring Valley Thursday afternoon for many more years.
