Harold Voth, 87, of Kelowna, BC, passed away peacefully on June 9th, 2026, with his immediate family by his side. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, he is lovingly remembered for his quiet strength and dry sense of humour.
Born in rural Manitoba on June 2, 1939, to Jacob and Sara Voth (nee Klippenstein), Harold was one of eleven children. He was raised in Abbotsford, BC, where he met Joyce Falk, who was destined to become his wife of 65 years.
Harold spent his life dedicated to his family and his community. He was a master floor, carpet, and tile layer by trade. Giving back to his community, he was a founding member of the Rutland Kinsmen Club and proudly maintained his membership for more than 25 years. In his free time, Harold enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, and completing crosswords.
Harold’s legacy of kindness lives on through his loving wife, Joyce Voth; his children, Daniel Voth (Corine) and Vivian Wong (Richard); his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchild; his brothers, Cornelius, Arnold, and Alvin; and his sister, Esther. He was predeceased by his parents, Jacob and Sara Voth, and his siblings, David, Olga, Jacob, Henry, Neta, and Justina.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Kelowna at First Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, August 22nd at 12:00 noon.
