It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ralph Henry Foster at the age of 76 in Kelowna, BC at the Good Samaritan Mountain View Village. He is predeceased by his wife Shirl, father and mother Harry & Eva, brothers Ken & Allen. He is survived by his loving sister Shirley (Ray), extended family Alyssa & Tyson, Sara & Brett; numerous nephews & nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. We would also like to thank all the staff at the Good Samaritan Mountain View Village for all the care that was given to Ralph. A celebration of Ralph’s life will be held at a later date.
