Born December 15, 1961, in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is predeceased by his mother, Patricia Cummins.

Survived by his father, Ron (Ida) Bartley of Lake Country, sister Nancy Carpenter of Kamloops and Michael Bartley of Kelowna.

He also leaves behind nieces, nephews and many friends along the way.
