Robert Joseph Major

MAJOR: Robert Joseph. Beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother, Son and Husband and Friend – Robert (Bob) Major was a superstar in his field. No one could hold a candle to him in his ability to estimate and carry out a job. No one could hold a candle to his stamina and work ethic – he was literally a work horse but that’s what he loved and he passed very quickly doing what he loved. Caring to a fault at times he Loved deeply and was also Loved just as deeply. As his only child, Dad and I and his grandson Robert had the best of times and of course some trials and tribulations but that only made us stronger and closer in the process. His latest saying was Live, Love and Laugh and I think that he knew that this was the best way to be. At the end he made some really great friends (Dave and Ingrid – the Lions Club and all the great folks at Mainstreet Community Church) that he so cared for and loved and I think that’s why he had this new motto. I know that I should write more extensively on his great character but I shall leave off with this and hope to see your comments if you should so choose to leave one.
