

Ronald was born on February 7, 1930 at Calgary General Hospital in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. His parents were Edward and Eleanor. Ronald was raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He was brought up to be self-confident and dependable. These were traits that would serve him well throughout his life.
Ronald was raised with two siblings. He had one younger sister, Beverly and one younger brother, Carson. Ronald was always consistently loyal to his family.
As a child, Ronald took part in hockey and baseball.
Commitment is a key word that can be used to describe the life of Ronald. He was committed to living the life of a good man who was both practical and trustworthy. He was committed to the traditional values that he upheld his entire life. As a young boy he was committed to his paper route, which became instrumental in forming those values. He committed himself to being a hard worker who expected the same effort in return from those around him. Most of all, he was committed to those he knew and loved.

Ronald Edward Rine, age 89, of West Kelowna, British Columbia passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Ronald was born February 7, 1930 in Calgary, AB.
A memorial service for Ronald will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Valleyview Funeral Home, 165 Valleyview Road, British Columbia V1X 3M5. Following the memorial service will be a graveside service at 12:30 PM at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery, 1991 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, BC.
