Marie L. Curcie

Born June 10, 1924, in Turtle Point, PA.

She grew up on the family farm and moved to Buffalo after High School to work as a waitress. At the Park Lane restaurant, she was mentored by Alice Lindy, who introduced Marie to her son Robert. Marie and Robert were married for over 50 years. She later worked at Trico as she raised her family. In retirement she helped raise her grandchildren.

Marie found interest in activities with family and friends including bowling and card games. In retirement she was fond of puzzles, gardening, and cooking.

She was predeceased by her son Mark A. Curcie, husband Robert J. Curcie, and 7 siblings. She is survived by 2 sons Robert and Wayne, 7 grandchildren Gina, Jennifer, Joseph, Julissa, Andrew, Blair and Austin, and 6 great grandchildren Christina, Olivia, Joseph, Safiah, Mohammed, and Eleanor.

A visitation will be held at Dengler, Roberts, Perna Funeral Home, 3070 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 11 am - 1 pm, where a service will follow at 1 pm. Flowers gratefully declined.

Marie loved unconditionally and will be remembered fondly.
