Patrick - I was in sign language class with you and your dad a few years ago.  I am so sorry to hear of his passing.  I have fond memories of fingerspelling with him - we were both pretty awkward but we did it!  
I see  your name in the photo credits of the Catholic paper so I will be reminded of your dad when I see your work. Please accept my condolences and be assured of my prayers.

Pops, our time in the military was special.  The way you have presented yourself since the military days have been an example for all of us.  With your failing health you kept attending reunion after reunion.  You never gave up.  May we all learn from your example.  Thank you for being a friend. Dear McPartland Family
                                      I would like nothing better to be there to say a final goodbye to Robert. I will always remember him as a young healthy fun loving friend from our Air Force days. I will miss him greatly and feel better off for knowing him.

We wish to extend our deepest sympathy for the loss of "Pops". All of us in the 91st TFS that served with him in the late 1960's knew him as just "Pops". The attached picture may be hard to see, but I beleive it shows just how strong, vibrant, and how much of a mentor he was to all of us. He used to reminded us back then, and even during our Buds Reunion in Cleveland last year to; "Keep the Faith!"
