

Alice was a native and lifelong resident of Georgia, living these past 30 years in Canton. Her beloved mother Trudy Fall Mathis preceded Alice in death in January of this year and her father, Jack Lee Fall in February of 1983. She is survived by her sister, Deborah A. Kinnett, her husband Gary L. Kinnett, nephews Kevin and his wife Diana, Brian and by her last surviving Aunt, Margaret E. Reichle.
Alice had three separate careers beginning at 3M Company, followed by Regions National Bank and lastly resigning from the Cherokee Tax Assessor’s office due to disabilities resulting from years of the effects of diabetes.
She traveled and vacationed in Alaska and Hawaii, with many fond memories of both. She had many talents including writing poetry, knitting, crafting and painting. Her most important love in life, as those close to her would know, were her animals. She had many cats and dogs over the years and treated each as a family member and loved and cherished each and every one. Alice had many friends of whom she continued friendships throughout the years. She was well loved, well liked and will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 28 at 1:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Ledbetter officiating. The family will receive friends between the hours of 12 noon and 1:00 PM.
Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park in Atlanta.
