Charisma Monet Simpson

Charisma Monet Simpson, born into love on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1992. She was born in Flint, Michigan, to Marcelle and Tramell Simpson and was residing in Dallas, Georgia She passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 33.

Charisma attended Lionheart Church in Austell, Georgia. She was a collector of all things girly and loved to proudly spread them around her home. No matter where she was, school, work, or church, Charisma always made people laugh, and her personality radiated everywhere.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Patricia “Cutie” Crews and grandfathers, Leroy Peoples and Vinson Lowe.

Charisma is survived by her loving parents, Marcelle Simpson and Tramell Boyd Simpson; sister, Faith Simpson; Grandmother Sheila Lowe; grandfathers, John Boyd and Terry Crews Sr.; aunts and uncles, Terry Crews Jr. (Rebecca), Michaell Crews, Traquendus Boyd, Traquesha Jeffries (A.J.), and Tadarius Lowe (Brandie), Janae Boyd and John Boyd. Cousins, including Taylor, Trent, Treylon, Christian, Chandler, Charity, Alex, Ashton, Naomi, Azi, Tera, Wynfrey, and Isaiah. A host of great aunts and uncles as well as special friends Elsie and Chelsea.

Though her time with us feels far too short, her life was filled with love, adventure, and purpose. Her love for family, friends, and faith, was who she was, and that same love will always be felt by everyone that knew her. Charisma will be deeply missed, yet fondly remembered by her family and friends.

A visitation will be held at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park, located at 2950 Cobb Parkway North, Kennesaw, GA 30152, on October 13, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at the same venue, beginning at 6:00 pm.
