Chris was the most loving and dedicated husband and father. He graduated from FSU and loved the Noles and Bulldogs. Chris had a very giving and loving heart which was evident in all aspects of his life, especially with his family and friends. He worked as a Group Supervisor for FEMA and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. In his spare time, he enjoyed sports, hanging out with friends, and spending time with family.
Chris is survived by his wife Mickey Nelson; sons, Christian (Haley) Nelson, Branson Nelson, and Jackson Nelson; sister, KC LoBrutto; granchild, Finnley Nelson; and several nieces and nephews that will always cherish his memory.
